COOKIE POLICY
under EU Regulation no. 2016/679 – GDPR
BONS SRL, as the Data Controller (hereinafter "Controller") pursuant to art.
13 of the EU Regulation of 27 April 2016, no. 679 concerning the "protection of natural persons with
regard to the processing of personal data" (hereinafter "regulation" or "legislation"), in compliance with the
principles of fairness, legality, transparency, and protection of your privacy and your rights,
Informs you
of the following provisions regarding cookies on the web platforms bonsmenshair.com;
education.bonsmenshair.com; prenotazioni.bonsmenshair.com;
1. What are cookies and other tracking tools?
Cookies are small-sized text strings that websites send to the device used for browsing (whether it's a PC, tablet, smartphone...) which are stored and/or read by the browsing browser, allowing it to send information to those who installed such cookies, in order to offer better browsing experiences, produce visit statistics, or propose targeted promotional content.
2. What types of cookies are used on the platform?
The types of cookies on the platform can primarily be identified in two main areas:
a) "First-party" cookies: i.e., strings sent directly by the platform's Controller being visited, whose management and responsibility lie with the platform's Controller;
b) "Third-party" cookies: i.e., strings sent from a different platform than the one being visited, but installed through the Controller's platform, over whose management and responsibility he has no control.
Furthermore, cookies can be divided based on their respective purposes into:
a) Technical cookies: whose purpose is to allow the platform's operation and the use of its services;
b) Profiling cookies: whose purpose is to track user behavior, so that services based on their preferences and behavioral tendencies can be offered.
3. What is the duration of cookies and/or other tracking tools on the platform?
The duration of cookies and/or other similar tracking tools can vary depending on what is set by the platform's Controller, as well as by each "third-party" Controller. Some may expire at the end of the user's browsing session. That said, users can obtain more detailed and updated information on the duration of cookies, as well as any other more in-depth information, regarding tracking tools, in the privacy policies of the respective "third-party" Controllers or by contacting the platform's Controller with a written request to info@bonsmenshair.com.
4. Legal basis for processing
For cookies called "technical", the legal basis for processing is the execution of contractual obligations, as provided for by art 6 p. 1 lett. b) of the GDPR, in the provision of the services referred to in the platforms above. The use of such cookies therefore does not require consent. For other cookies, however, there is the possibility to choose and authorize preferences.
5. Nature of the provision and consequences in case of non-provision
The provision of data and information, collected through technical cookies, is essential for the typical fulfillments of the platform's service provision. Failure to provide such data would result in the total and/or partial impossibility of such fulfillments and therefore the use of the platform itself. Failure to provide data and information, collected through profiling/tracking cookies, has no consequence in terms of navigation and/or use of the platform's services. However, it will result in the inability to propose promotional actions on the services offered, to know the user's preferences and/or his behavioral tendencies during his browsing experience.
6. How can you manage the consent of cookies and other tracking tools?
You can set your preferences from the dedicated area.
7. How to communicate with the Controller
You can send a written request to BONS SRL, at the registered office address, or by sending an email to support@bons.hair
