The Mission

The goal is to transform traditional industry events into exclusive, hands-on experiences focused on education rather than product sales. During the event, participants will have the opportunity to work side by side with the industry’s top educators, enhancing their technical and creative skills.

The Program

Two days of training with an innovative program that combines live demonstrations and hands-on activities. Participants will be divided into small groups and guided through sessions by each of the three educators. Every group will take part in intensive workshops where they can directly practice the techniques learned.

The Educators

Ben Brown

Ben’s journey, from a young salon apprentice to an internationally recognized educator, is a story of determination and reinvention. At 16, without any natural talent, he worked relentlessly to perfect his craft. By 34, as a salon owner, he realized that executing a haircut and teaching one were two completely different skills. From this awareness came his famous “100 Days” project: to execute and refine the same graduated bob every day for 100 days. Through filming and self-analysis, he discovered the true mechanics and theory behind the art of cutting.

Gianni Scumaci

Known as a visionary, Gianni Scumaci is a third-generation hairdresser who began his career at just 14. He became the youngest Creative Director in the history of Vidal Sassoon, leading international campaigns and creating iconic cuts such as “The Fanni,” which made a global impact on fashion. His collaborations include world-famous photographers like Tim Walker and Patrick Demarchelier, as well as work with Vogue and other top industry names. Today, Gianni continues to inspire and educate hairdressers worldwide through his GS Education program, blending creativity and technical precision with an innovative philosophy.

Bons Hair – Alessandro Bonetto

A fourth-generation hairdresser, Bons began his career in the family business at 14. He honed his skills in leading European and British academies, becoming a master of precision cutting. Deeply influenced by subcultures and driven by a passion for fashion, Bons combines a futuristic vision with a philosophy rooted in the daily life of the salon. His dedication to quality and innovation makes him one of the industry’s leading figures, constantly seeking new inspirations to push the boundaries of creativity.

Event Details

• Date: March 22 & 23, 2026
• Location: Milan, Italy
• Limited seats: groups of 8–10 participants
• Translation: Italian/English and vice versa translation will be available. Each group will have 1–2 assistant educators providing translation support if needed.

• 2 mannequin heads (100% human hair with tripod, for use during the course)
• A 40-page course theory notebook

Price & Payment Options

This is an advanced-level course recommended for professionals with at least 5 years of experience.

• Early Payment: €750 (VAT included) – includes two mannequin heads. Installment options available via PayPal or Klarna in 3 interest-free payments.
• Two Installments: €350 deposit + €400 final payment in February.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made by January 30, 2026 will receive a full refund, minus any bank or platform fees.

For cancellations made after January 30 but before February 28, 30% of the paid amount will be retained. A full refund will be issued if we can resell your ticket.

For cancellations after February 15, we will do our best to resell your ticket to another participant. If successful, a full refund will be provided.
