Focus of the Training

The focus of these days is entirely on the development of the service through the study of the 4 STEPS: Consultation, Design, Personalisation, and Styling.

This approach allows participants to go beyond the fundamentals—moving from simply executing a clean haircut and blow-dry, to truly understanding the client’s individual needs and customising details that make each look unique, all while following contemporary trends and optimising execution time.

The 4 STEPS – A Service Philosophy

1. Consultation – understanding and interpreting the individuality of the client.

2. Design – moving from concept to application, bending the rules into a vision of image.

3. Personalisation – making shapes a mirror of character through weight removal, texturising, and fine adjustments after the cut and blow-dry. This is the step where the real “what’s next” happens: refining density, adapting to hair texture, and making the result truly tailored.

4. Styling – consultation, product knowledge, and enhancement of the final result.

We also integrate Management – structuring the service around the target audience, brand perception, and service communication.

• 9/10: Welcome

• 10:00: Theoretical introduction of the day

• 11:00: First step-by-step demo

• 12:30: Second demo

• 14:00: Lunch break

• 15:00: Practical workshop on mannequin heads

• 17/18: Wrap-up of the day
